The cottage features exposed brickwork, original beams and a wood burner effect gas stove in the lounge and kitchen area. A second sitting room sits alongside, and the first floor holds a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower. Two dogs are welcome.

The Malt House also has a walled rear garden with outdoor furniture, undercover bike storage in the garage and off-street parking for one small car.
