Belfry Cottage

Belfry Cottage is a recently renovated three-bedroom cottage in the heart of Colyton, on a quiet street close to the town's shops and pubs. The open-plan living space has a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with an electric flame-effect fire, plus a Smart TV. The cottage sleeps 6.

Upstairs are two king-size bedrooms and a bunk room, sharing a family bathroom with a p-shaped bath and shower over. Downstairs, patio doors from the dining area open onto an enclosed rear garden with a patio seating area, and steps lead down to a further gravelled area with climbing shrubs and lavender. There is a drop from the patio down to the lawn, so young children need watching there.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, and gas central heating covers the cottage. WiFi and a hairdryer are provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A cot and highchair are available.

Belfry Cottage takes one well-behaved dog, and smoking is not permitted. Parking is unallocated on the roadside nearby, though the street is narrow in places; a long-stay car park is within 100m on Dolphin Street. The shop and pub are both 0.1 miles away, and Seaton is about 2.8 miles off.
