Exmoor stone cottages around Parracombe

Lower Dean Farm occupies a wing of a farmhouse near Parracombe, marketed as close to Combe Martin, and sleeps up to eight across three bedrooms. Two interconnecting ground-floor lounges, one with a wood burner in an inglenook fireplace, sit alongside a kitchen, dining room and wet room, while upstairs bedrooms include en-suite facilities. Outside there are three separate garden areas, a covered hot tub, and a games barn with table tennis.

Two smaller stone cottages sit in the same row nearby. The Cottage has two bedrooms, a lounge and kitchen/diner on the ground floor, exposed beams and low ceilings, and a decked patio shared with a grassed area. The Smithy is a converted barn with a single double bedroom above an open-plan living and dining space, sharing a utility room with its neighbours and offering its own front garden with a picnic table. Both properties share parking a short walk from the door and note the absence of mobile signal.
