Stable Cottage

Stable Cottage was converted from a Grade II-listed coach house and stable in Colyton, and keeps a reverse-level layout with the bedroom on the ground floor and the living space above. Exposed beams run through the ground-floor bedroom, and internal stairs lead up to the living space.

The ground-floor bedroom has a king-size bed and ample storage, next to a ground-floor bathroom with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Upstairs, an open-plan first floor holds the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a red sofa bed, and the cottage sleeps 2.

Electric central heating runs throughout, with fuel and power included in the rent. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer and dishwasher, and the sitting area has a TV, WiFi and a selection of books. Outside there's a seating area for morning coffee.

Off-road parking is provided for 1 car, though the space doesn't suit a motorhome or larger commercial vehicle. The cottage is strictly no smoking and does not accept pets. A shop and pub sit within 0.1 miles. Stable Cottage stands next to its sister property, Coach Cottage, so the two can be booked together for a larger group.
