Properties here vary considerably in character and setting. River Lodge is a lodge-style property in the hamlet of Lynbridge, built with wooden panelling and an open-plan living space lit by skylights. Two ground-floor bedrooms sleep four, and a covered veranda with a picnic bench overlooks the river, where guests can try trout fishing with an annual rod licence. An on-site shop, café and tumble dryer add practical convenience, and one dog is welcome. Hidden Haven - Sunny Lyn is a lodge within a holiday park, sleeping three across a double and a single bedroom, with private decking, a hot tub and on-site EV charging; up to three dogs are accepted.

In Lynton itself, Chapel Loft occupies two floors of a converted chapel close to the town centre. The open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area sits on the second floor alongside a twin bedroom and family bathroom; a double bedroom with en-suite shower room is on the floor above. There is no outdoor space, though private parking for one car is included and two dogs are welcome.
