Coach Cottage

Coach Cottage was converted from a Grade II-listed coach house and stable in Colyton, and keeps a reverse-level layout with the bedroom downstairs and the living space up top. Exposed beams, stone walling and low ceilings run through the cottage, and the internal stairs between floors may not suit those with limited mobility.

The ground-floor bedroom has a super king-size bed and ample storage, next to a ground-floor bathroom with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Upstairs, an open-plan first floor holds the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, and the cottage sleeps 2.

Electric central heating runs throughout, with fuel and power included in the rent. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, alongside a washer/dryer, and the sitting area has a TV with DVD player, a selection of books and WiFi. Outside there's a courtyard with a seating area for morning coffee.

Off-road parking is provided for 1 car, though the space doesn't suit a motorhome or larger commercial vehicle. The cottage is strictly no smoking and does not accept pets, and this property only accepts Saturday check-ins. A shop and pub sit within 0.1 miles. Coach Cottage stands next to its sister property, Stable Cottage, so the two can be booked together for a larger group.
