Teignmouth

Teignmouth is a seaside town in South Devon with a pier, a lido and a range of shops and pubs within easy reach of residential streets. Hyview sits within this setting as a single-storey detached bungalow sleeping four across two bedrooms, a double and a twin, both decorated with floral touches and each fitted with its own TV. An open-plan living, dining and kitchen area makes practical use of the compact footprint, with a drop-leaf table and four chairs, a sofa, and French doors that open directly onto a private rattan-furnished balcony with views over the town and the distant sea.

The kitchen at Hyview is well equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, air fryer and fridge with ice compartment, and a washing machine is included. A single bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC serves both bedrooms. A welcome pack is provided on arrival, private parking for one car is available, and up to two small dogs are welcome. Check-in is from 15:00 and departure is before 09:00.
