Sail Away is a four-bedroom house sleeping up to seven guests, with a king-size room, a double, a single, and a zip-and-link room that converts between a twin and a super-king depending on the group. Two bathrooms serve the house: a ground-floor shower room and a first-floor bathroom with shower over the bath. The kitchen holds an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, separate fridge and fridge-freezer, and a dining table with seating for seven, while a utility cupboard houses a tumble dryer.

Positioned at an elevated point above the town, the lounge opens through patio doors onto a large front terrace with table and chairs, where views reach across a park, across Brixham towards the harbour, and out to sea. A smaller bistro patio provides a quieter second spot outside. One dog is welcome, a travel cot and highchair are available for families, and a private garage accommodates one car.
