A family bathroom with bath and shower over completes the sleeping arrangements. The open-plan living and dining room features a Georgian bow window, comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and an electric fire, with a dining table for six and French doors leading to the rear. The separate kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine, and a welcome pack is provided on arrival. Linen and towels are not included but can be hired.

Outside, Farthings has a small lawn to the front and an enclosed rear garden with a paved terrace and dining furniture, plus private parking. The property sits in a quiet cul-de-sac and no dogs are permitted.
