Axmouth

Axmouth sits in the South Devon countryside close to Seaton, and the properties here reflect that rural setting. The Pidgeon Nest sleeps six across three bedrooms, a king-size, a twin and a children’s bunk room, sharing a family bathroom with a bath and shower over, plus a separate WC. The ground floor runs from a hall into a lounge with a wood burner and Smart TV, through to a kitchen and diner with garden doors, a breakfast bar and a second TV. Driveway parking for two cars and an on-site electric car charger add practical convenience.

Outside, the enclosed garden has a lawn, patio, furniture and a BBQ. The cottage accepts up to three dogs, making it a workable choice for households travelling with pets. A pub is close by, and the kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine for those who prefer to eat in. A travel cot, stairgate and highchair are also available, rounding out the facilities for families with young children.
