This character house in Lynton sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, making it a practical base for extended family groups or gatherings of friends. Accommodation is arranged over three floors, with small steps leading up to the front door from a quiet corner road.

The open-plan living room offers comfortable seating, leading through adjoining doors to a well-equipped kitchen/diner with an electric cooker, dishwasher, air fryer and coffee machine, plus a sociable dining area. An oil Rayburn is available by arrangement. On the first floor sits the king-size bedroom with French windows opening onto a private balcony, alongside a double, a twin and a shower room. Two further double bedrooms and a bathroom occupy the second floor, and there is a separate WC in addition to the two bathrooms.

Outside, an enclosed terraced patio garden comes furnished with a large gas BBQ and outdoor dining table, ideal for evening meals after a day exploring. Secure outdoor storage is provided for bicycles and surfboards, useful for those bringing equipment for the coast or moorland trails. A shop and pub are both within a short walk, and internet access is available throughout the property.

Three dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying, and a travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available for younger guests. Parking is on-street rather than private, so this is worth factoring into arrival plans. Arrival is from 3pm and departure before 10am, and the property is decorated for Christmas during the festive season.
