22 Two Little Ducks

22 Two Little Ducks is a single-storey holiday lodge in Lynbridge, on the edge of the West Lyn River within Exmoor National Park, with Lynton a short walk away along the Lyn Way. There are steps up into the lodge despite the whole property being on one level, worth planning around for anyone with limited mobility. The lodge sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The double and twin bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and reading lamps, and the bathroom has a bath with a shower over. The open-plan living space holds a fully fitted kitchen with an integrated gas oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge and a kettle, plus a small breakfast bar with stools and a snug lounge area with a TV.

Gas central heating runs throughout, with fuel, power and a starter pack included in the rent, and WiFi covers the lodge. Outside, an enclosed side decking area with furniture looks over the wooded river valley, a good spot to watch the local wildlife, including red deer in the surrounding fields.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and dogs must be kept on a lead at all times within the holiday park. Off-road parking is provided for 1 car. Smoking is not permitted, and the property does not accept Sunday check-ins; check-in runs from 4pm and check-out by 10am. The river is 0.1 miles away, with the pub at 0.2 miles and the shop 0.8 miles.
