Baywatch (St. David's View)

Baywatch (St David's View) is a first-floor apartment set over two levels in Lynton, within walking distance of the town's shops, pubs and restaurants. It sleeps 2 in one king-size bedroom, with a private balcony off the living area, which needs a bit of dexterity to reach, and a roof terrace reached through French doors from the bedroom. There are steps up to the main door and a further stairway inside between floors.

The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC, plus fitted storage. Downstairs there is a second shower room and WC next to the kitchen. Floors are uneven in places, so the layout suits guests happy with stairs rather than a single level.

The kitchen/diner is fitted with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, a coffee machine and an air fryer. A second-floor sitting room and a separate TV room give two places to relax, both with WiFi, and electric eco heating covers the apartment with fuel and power included in the rent.

Baywatch does not take pets and the apartment is no smoking throughout. One car can park in a designated off-road space. The pub and shop are about 0.1 miles away, the beach around 0.9 miles and the river 1.4 miles, all within easy reach on foot.
