Rivers Edge - Sunny Lyn

Rivers Edge is a lodge within a holiday park on the banks of the West Lyn River, close to Lynton and Lynmouth. The setting provides access to walking routes across Exmoor National Park, including the South West Coast Path to Lynmouth and the Valley of Rocks. Watersmeet House, a National Trust property where two rivers meet in a wooded gorge, is nearby.

The open-plan living space contains a lounge with comfortable seating, a dining table and a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. The double bedroom includes an en-suite wet room with shower and WC. The twin bedroom is separate. A second shower room with shower and WC serves the twin room. A smart TV is available in the lounge.

Outside, your private decking overlooks the river and includes a bubbling hot tub and outdoor seating. One private parking space is provided on the driveway. Two EV chargers are available on site and charged by app. A shared laundrette operates on site for £6 per use, and a tumble dryer is available. The holiday park has an on-site shop and café, with a pub and shop within half a mile.

The lodge sleeps 4 guests and allows up to 3 dogs; additional charges may apply. Arrival is from 15:00 and departure is before 10:00. Towels are included. Internet access is available.
