Willow Cottage stands on the main street of Otterton, a village named separately from the nearby town of Budleigh Salterton in its marketing address. This semi-detached cottage sleeps six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine, while the dining room, warmed by a wood burning stove, overlooks the street. A separate lounge with a Smart TV offers a second sitting space, and a stairgate, travel cot and highchair suit families with young children.

Upstairs, the master bedroom holds a super-king-size bed, next to a twin zip-and-link room that can also be made up as a super-king. A further twin bedroom sits on the ground floor, and the two bathrooms offer a bath with hand-held shower and a separate double shower. Outside, a south-facing gravelled area gives private off-road parking for one car and access to a small garden with table and chairs; roadside parking is subject to availability.
