Bordeaux

Bordeaux is a single-storey holiday home at Ladram Bay Holiday Park, a short way from Otterton. French doors open from the living area onto a veranda with sea views, a good spot to watch the day unfold over a cup of tea or an evening drink.

The open-plan living space has two sofas and a dining table for four, with the kitchen fitted with a gas oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, an air fryer and a coffee maker for self-catering. The double bedroom has its own en-suite cloakroom and room for a travel cot, and the twin bedroom suits children or friends, with a shower room shared between the two. A Smart TV and WiFi cover evenings in, and gas central heating runs throughout.

Outside, a decked terrace runs along the front of the house, and Bordeaux also has its own patio area with further seating. Allocated parking sits to the side of the property. On site, Ladram Bay's private beach, indoor pool, soft play and restaurant are a short walk away, though a charge applies for the pool and other on-site activities.

Bordeaux does not accept pets, and smoking isn't permitted. There are steps up to the entrance. The shop and pub are 0.1 miles away, and the East Devon towns of Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton are both around 3 miles from the park, with Otterton Mill and Bicton Gardens also within easy reach for a day out.
