Rushmoor Cottage is a former farm building, over 150 years old, converted into a holiday cottage in Colaton Raleigh, East Devon, near Otterton. It sleeps 4 across two upstairs bedrooms, a double and a twin, each with exposed ceiling beams, sharing one bathroom with a bath, shower over, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. A separate ground-floor cloakroom adds a second WC downstairs.

Downstairs is an open-plan living space with a fitted kitchen and breakfast bar, an electric Rangemaster cooker and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a Tassimo coffee machine. The lounge area has two sofas, a feature fireplace and a wall-mounted Smart TV, and gas central heating with an electric fire covers cooler days. Tucked away on the first floor is a small snug, a quiet spot for reading.

Outside, the rear patio garden is enclosed, with a table and chairs for meals outdoors, plus a summer house. The property sits within communal grounds that give extra space for children to play and for walking. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars.
