Harpford

Harpford sits apart from the seaside town of Sidmouth, which lies nearby along the coast. Hayes Annexe is a first-floor apartment reached by stairs leading directly into an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The double bedroom is furnished in wood, with a pull-out bed available for an extra guest, while the bathroom combines a roll-top bath with a separate walk-in shower and WC.

The kitchen at Hayes Annexe is equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, and a washing machine and tumble dryer can be arranged on request. Parking is provided for two cars. Outside, guests staying here have use of the owner’s enclosed meadow, with mowed paths leading to a pond and a seating area, alongside a shop and pub within a mile and a beach a little further off.
