Willow Cottage - Otterton

Willow Cottage sits on the main street of Otterton, a semi-detached property sleeping six across three bedrooms. Guests enter via the back door into the kitchen, which is fitted with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine and washing machine. A dining room overlooking the street has a wood burning stove and table for gathering, while the adjoining lounge offers a Smart TV and comfortable seating.

One twin bedroom sits off the lounge on the ground floor, with the remaining two bedrooms upstairs: a master with a super-king-size bed and a twin zip-and-link room that can be made up as a super-king on request. There are two bathrooms, one with a double shower and WC and the other with a bath, hand-held shower and WC.

Outside, a south-facing gravelled area provides private off-road parking for one car, with roadside parking available subject to availability. A small garden area with table and chairs sits beyond the parking bay, though neighbours retain a right of way through the driveway. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate at the top of the stairs are provided for families, along with a toy box and board games.

Up to three dogs are accepted, with additional charges applying. The village pub and community-run shop are both within 150 metres, and internet access is available at the property. Note that the cottage is decorated for Christmas during the festive period.
