Swallowfield Cottage is a contemporary styled bungalow sleeping up to three guests across two bedrooms: a double with its own Smart TV and a single with storage. The shared family bathroom has a bath with shower over and WC. In the lounge and dining area there is a comfortable sofa, two wing-backed armchairs, a Smart TV and a round dining table, while the well-equipped kitchen holds an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. A highchair is available for families with young children, and private parking for one vehicle is included.

To the rear of the property a small communal grass area borders a flowing stream, providing a quiet outdoor space. The address is given as Newton Poppleford, near Sidmouth, Devon.
