Instow

Instow lies on the North Devon coast at the point where the Taw and Torridge rivers combine to form a broad estuary. Spinnaker is a contemporary first-floor apartment sleeping four across a double and a twin bedroom, accessed by steps with no lift available. The open-plan living area brings together a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher, a dining table, and a lounge with French doors that lead onto a private balcony furnished with bistro table and chairs. Both bedrooms have wall-mounted televisions, and the bathroom features a walk-in shower with WC. Parking for one car in a private signposted space is included, along with a washing machine and a welcome pack on arrival.

Communal paved and grass areas at the front and rear of the building supplement the private balcony, which looks out over the estuary. Outdoor storage is also available. Dogs are not permitted at Spinnaker, and guests should pack their own beach towels.
