Instow Bar View

This four-bedroom cottage sits in Instow, with views across the beach and dunes from the lounge and front garden. It sleeps up to seven and suits families or groups wanting a base close to the sand without a long walk to get there.

The ground floor has an open lounge with a Smart TV, a kitchen/diner with an electric range cooker, five gas hobs, microwave, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher, plus bi-fold doors onto an inner courtyard. A utility room with washing machine and dryer and a separate WC complete this level, useful for rinsing off sandy shoes or wet dogs after the beach.

Upstairs, the super-king zip-and-link bedroom can be requested as a twin and has sea views of its own, alongside a twin room, a single room, and a king-size room with an en-suite wet room. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath serves the two remaining bedrooms.

Outside, the fully enclosed front garden is laid to lawn with a patio and outdoor dining furniture, again looking out over the beach and dunes. Private off-road parking is provided for two cars, and the property has Wi-Fi throughout. Up to two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests, and the shop and a pub are both within easy walking distance.
