Northam

Northam sits close to the town of Westward Ho! in North Devon, and two contrasting properties here give a sense of the accommodation on offer. The Lookout is a two-bedroom, upside-down house sleeping four, with both bedrooms and a family bathroom on the ground floor and an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner upstairs leading to a balcony. A lawn garden with patio and barbecue completes the setup, along with private parking for two cars.

For larger groups, Beach House offers three bedrooms across two floors, sleeping up to eight, with a ground-floor king-size room and en-suite, a first-floor king-size room with its own balcony and en-suite, and a further room with children’s bunk beds. The open-plan lounge has bi-fold doors onto a private patio, and the kitchen includes an American-style fridge/freezer and instant boiling water tap. A utility room, wood burner and parking for three cars, including electric vehicle charging, are also provided.
