This cottage in Instow sleeps six across three bedrooms, with underfloor heating and a hallway that offers space for shoes and boots on arrival. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner forms the main living space, fitted with a corner sofa and Smart TV, while the kitchen has an electric double oven, gas hob, combination microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and a sink, with a rear door leading out to the garden.

Upstairs, the king-size bedroom benefits from its own en-suite shower room with WC, while a further bedroom combines a single bed with an additional cabin single, useful for a child or an extra guest within the stated occupancy. The double bedroom completes the sleeping arrangements, and a family bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC serves the household alongside the ground-floor WC.

Outside, an enclosed rear garden includes a patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ, and a private hot tub is available for guests to use during their stay. Off-road parking is provided for two cars, a practical detail worth noting given the coastal village setting.

One dog is welcome by arrangement, with additional charges applying. Arrival is from 5pm and departure is before 10am. Shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance make this a convenient base near the estuary beach, and a highchair is available for younger guests.
