Westleigh

Westleigh sits apart from the nearby village of Instow, forming its own small settlement in North Devon with a local pub within its bounds. Chestnut Cottage represents the kind of accommodation found here: a two-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage suited to couples or small families, with allowance made for up to two dogs.

Inside Chestnut Cottage, original features such as exposed wooden beams and stone walls run through a ground floor kitchen/diner and a lounge with a wood burner and Smart TV. Upstairs, one bedroom holds a king-size bed with an additional single and its own en-suite shower room, while the second king-size bedroom is served by a family bathroom. Outside, guests have an enclosed patio and a separate decked area for outdoor seating. There is no dedicated parking, though roadside parking is available within the village, and access involves uneven steps and narrow lanes.
