Spinnaker

This first-floor apartment in Instow sleeps four and sits above the point where the Taw and Torridge rivers meet, giving the living areas and balcony a clear outlook over the estuary. Access is via stairs and there is no lift, so it suits guests who are comfortable with steps. One private parking space is signposted on site, with additional visitor parking subject to availability nearby.

Inside, the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is finished in muted colours with French doors opening onto the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Both the double and twin bedrooms have wall-mounted Smart TVs, and a third Smart TV sits in the living room. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The private balcony has a bistro table and chairs and looks directly over the estuary, making it a practical spot for morning coffee or an evening drink. Communal paved and grass areas are also available at the front and rear of the building for additional outdoor time.

The beach at Instow is around half a mile away, and a pub with estuary views is at the same distance. A shop is roughly 300 metres from the apartment. No dogs are permitted at this property. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure by 10:00. Please bring your own beach towels.
