3 White House Close

This property sits in the coastal village of Instow, within walking distance of the beach, a shop, pubs and restaurants. Entry is from the rear car park into an enclosed courtyard, leading through to the kitchen/diner and, via an archway, into the lounge.

The kitchen/diner is fitted with a Rangemaster cooker with gas ovens and gas hob, a fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The lounge has a Smart TV and a gas fire, giving a relaxed spot to settle in of an evening. Upstairs, the master double bedroom has its own TV and French doors opening onto a small balcony with views across the sand dunes toward Appledore. The second bedroom holds a single bed that can be made up as a double on request, though it remains a compact room. A shower room with WC completes the accommodation.

Outside, the enclosed courtyard has an undercover seating area and an outdoor tap for rinsing off sandy feet after the beach. One allocated parking space is provided, with further roadside parking available nearby. A travel cot and highchair are supplied for younger visitors, and the property is family friendly, though please note dogs are not permitted.

The property sleeps four across its two bedrooms and one bathroom, making it suited to a small family or couples travelling together. Check-in is from 15:30 and check-out is before 10:00.
