On the top floor of a waterside building in Brixham, this three-bedroom apartment looks directly over the harbour and marina. French windows in the open-plan lounge and dining room lead to a small balcony with a bistro table and chairs for two, and the sea views carry through most of the living space. The room itself seats everyone comfortably, with a leather sofa, two armchairs and a dining table for six.

The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering: oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine, along with a selection of cookery books. The master double bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, dressing table and en-suite shower room. The twin room and single room share the tiled family bathroom, which has a shower over the bath.

The building is reached via two steps into a shared hallway, then stairs or a lift to the third floor. Private parking is provided for two cars, and a secure garage holds crab nets, lines and buckets for guest use. A pub, shop and beach are within 200 metres. Please note that children under eight cannot be accommodated, no dogs are permitted, and the apartment does not suit infants.

Breakwater Beach and Shoalstone Beach are a short walk away, and Berry Head Nature Reserve, with its wildlife and walking trails, is just over a mile from the property. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure is before 09:30.
