This single-storey lodge sits on a holiday resort above St Mary's Bay on the outskirts of Brixham, reached via four external steps into an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with sea views. The living space has an electric wood burner effect stove and patio doors opening onto the balcony, along with a Smart TV and Bluetooth sound system.

The kitchen is fitted with a gas oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, and there is a separate utility cupboard housing a washer/dryer, useful for storing coats and sandy shoes after beach days. Two double bedrooms complete the accommodation: one benefits from an en-suite shower room and WC, while the other has a large walk-in wardrobe, and a further bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC serves the second bedroom.

Outside, an enclosed balcony with seating gives a spot for outdoor meals or evenings watching the sky, and there is one off-road parking space directly beside the lodge, with further parking nearby. The resort itself has an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness room and a bar/café, though these run on seasonal opening hours and carry an additional charge, with management able to close them for maintenance at short notice.

Sleeping up to four guests, this lodge suits couples or small families, with a travel cot and highchair available on request. Two dogs are welcome for an additional charge, provided they are supervised, kept on a short lead around the resort, and cleared up after. The beach, a shop and a pub are all within walking distance, and Brixham's harbour and seafront are a short distance further on.
