Sitting on an elevated position above Brixham, this four-bedroom holiday home sleeps seven and suits larger families or mixed-generation groups well. The historic harbour is less than half a mile away, and the beaches at Fishcombe and Churston Cove are just over half a mile on foot. Walkers can pick up the South West Coast Path from the area, continuing through Berry Head Nature Reserve past the Shoalstone Seawater Pool to Berry Head lighthouse at around two miles.

The ground floor holds a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and fridge/freezer, and a dining table with seven seats. A lounge with two leather sofas leads through from the kitchen; a wall of patio doors frames a sea and park view, and a flame-effect electric fire adds warmth on cooler evenings. A shower room with a walk-in cubicle and WC completes the ground floor. Upstairs are all four bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. The king-size main bedroom and the double both have sea views; the single overlooks the park and has its own Smart TV. The fourth bedroom has zip-and-link beds that convert between a super-king and twin, also with a Smart TV.

Two outdoor spaces sit at the front of the property. The large patio has a table and chairs and wide views across to the harbour and out to sea. A smaller second patio with a bistro table provides a quieter spot. Private parking is in a single garage to the rear, measuring 3.0 m wide by 5.5 m long with 1.8 m of clear height, so check vehicle dimensions before booking. A shop and pub are approximately 400 metres away.

One dog is welcome, though additional charges may apply. A travel cot, highchair, and stairgate are available; bring your own cot linen. Bring your own beach towels. BBQs and candles are not permitted at this property. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure by 10:00.
