This apartment sits in the Fishcombe Cove area, to the north of Brixham town centre, with the South West Coast Path reachable directly from the property and a quieter beach close to the front door. Brixham itself, with its harbour, pubs and shops, is within walking distance along the coast.

Inside, an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner forms the main living space, with sliding doors opening onto a private patio and sea views taking in the lounge area. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, a fridge with ice compartment, a microwave, a slim dishwasher and a washer/dryer, so self-catering is straightforward. A Smart TV is provided in the lounge, with a further TV in the twin bedroom.

The two bedrooms comprise a double next to the lounge with its own door out to the patio, and a twin room with television. The bathroom has a bath, a shower over the bath and a WC. The property sleeps four in total, and a travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests.

Outside, the patio has a table and chairs for outdoor dining with sea views, plus an allocated storage space and parking for one car. As part of a shared complex, guests have access to an outdoor heated swimming pool during the summer season (typically June to September, weather and maintenance permitting), which management may close at any time for upkeep. Internet access is provided throughout, and dogs are not accepted at this property.
