3 Heath Park

3 Heath Park is a single-storey house in Brixham, close to the beach and set up for families or small groups. A kitchen, sitting room and conservatory dining room flow into each other, with the sitting room built around a Smart TV and the conservatory giving a light-filled spot for meals. The whole house is on one level, so there are no stairs to manage between rooms.

The kitchen has an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, along with a kettle and toaster. Two bedrooms, one double and one twin, share a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, and there's a separate cloakroom with a basin and WC. Central heating, a Smart TV, WiFi, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent round out the practical side of a stay here.

Outside is a garden with a patio and furniture, and off-road parking is provided for one car. No pets are allowed and the house is no smoking throughout.

The beach is 0.3 miles from the house, a pub 0.2 miles and a shop 0.4 miles, with a lake 1.2 miles away, putting Brixham's harbour, its fishing fleet and the wider English Riviera coastline within easy walking distance or a short drive.
