2 North Furzeham Road

2 North Furzeham Road stands in the heart of Brixham, a short walk from the harbour and the town's shops and restaurants. Spread over three floors, the house sleeps 6 in three bedrooms: a second-floor king-size with an en-suite shower room, a further king-size, and a bunk room, plus a family bathroom with a bath and shower over.

The kitchen/diner seats six and is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine. A sitting room with a Smart TV, DVD player and a selection of games and DVDs completes the ground floor, and WiFi covers the whole house. A highchair and stairgate are available on request.

Outside, a multi-level garden is enclosed with an artificial lawn, furniture, decking and a bench, and there's a further enclosed rear courtyard. A private garage gives parking for one car, reached via exterior steps, 26 in total, up to the front door, so the house suits guests comfortable with stairs; there are also steps within the rear courtyard.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Smoking is not permitted, and the property cannot take Sunday changeovers. The shop is 0.2 miles away, the pub 0.1 miles, the harbour 0.3 miles and the beach 0.6 miles.
