The property opens into an open-plan studio combining lounge, kitchen and sleeping area, with a comfortable sofa facing a Smart TV, a dining space and a double bed. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, an air fryer, a microwave and a fridge with an ice compartment.

A wet-room-style shower room with a walk-in shower and WC completes the internal layout, while outside there is a seating area at the front of the property along with private off-road parking for two cars. Dogs are welcome, up to two, and nearby dog-walking areas are within a short walk, though the property itself has no enclosed garden. A sofa bed in the lounge allows one additional guest, and the property can also be booked alongside an adjacent property for larger groups.
