1 Greenswood Court is a two-bedroom house set within a converted former lemonade factory in Brixham, a working fishing harbour on the English Riviera. The house sleeps 4 across an open-plan ground floor with a kitchen, dining and sitting area, and central heating runs throughout the property.

Upstairs, a double bedroom has its own TV and a twin bedroom opens onto a Juliet balcony; both share the family bathroom, which has a bath, an overhead shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. A ladder in the twin bedroom leads to a second-floor mezzanine that is off-limits to guests, so it is worth planning bedroom use around that.

The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, and there are two TVs plus WiFi for evenings in. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and off-road parking for one car is provided in the shared courtyard outside the house.

The shop and pub are both around 0.1 miles from the house and the beach is 0.7 miles away, a short walk for a morning coffee or an evening drink. Dartmouth is 5 miles further along the coast, Paignton 6 miles and Torquay 8 miles. Bookings run to a minimum of 3 nights, the property does not accept stag or hen parties, and smoking is not permitted anywhere inside.
