Regency House

This detached property in Sidmouth sleeps up to 9 guests across four bedrooms. A light hallway provides a practical spot for coats and sandy shoes, leading into two separate lounges. The first lounge has comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, while the open-plan lounge/diner features a wood burner effect heater set in a feature fireplace, a Smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, barista coffee machine and dishwasher, with a utility cupboard housing the washing machine. A bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the ground floor.

All four bedrooms are on the first floor. Two are super-king-size zip-and-link rooms, both convertible to twins on request. One of these has an en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC, also accessible from the hallway. A third bedroom pairs a king-size bed with bunk beds, and the fourth is a single. A further bathroom with shower over hip bath and WC serves the floor.

The enclosed garden has a patio with seating and space for a charcoal barbecue. Off-road parking at the front accommodates three cars. An EV charger is available for £50 per week, payable directly to the owner. Superfast broadband is provided, and Smart TVs support personal streaming subscriptions including Netflix and Amazon Prime, though a login is required. A travel cot and highchair are available. Two dogs are welcome; additional charges may apply.

Beaches, shops, a pub and restaurants are within walking distance, and the South West Coast Path is easily reached on foot. Beer, Branscombe, Budleigh Salterton, Exmouth and Lyme Regis are each a short drive away.
