Cornerside is an end-of-terrace house in Sidmouth, close to the shops and a short walk from the seafront, with off-road parking right beside the property. The house sleeps 7 across four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a day-bed room and its own shower room both on the ground floor.

The sitting room has bay windows, an ornamental fireplace and an extendable dining table that seats eight. The ground-floor day-bed room comes with an en-suite shower room, basin and WC, and there's a separate bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC for the rest of the house. A utility room off the kitchen handles the washing.

Upstairs are three more bedrooms: a king-size room with an ornamental fireplace, a desk and a window seat looking over the town, plus a twin and a single with a truckle bed for extra sleeping space. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a wine cooler, and a Smart TV with WiFi covers evenings in. Gas heating, fuel and power are included in the rent.

Cornerside has off-road parking for one car, with roadside parking nearby subject to availability, and an enclosed rear garden with furniture for outdoor meals. The shop is 0.2 miles away, the pub 0.4 miles and the beach 0.9 miles. The property does not accept pets and smoking is not permitted inside.
