This three-bedroom mid-terrace property in Sidmouth sleeps six and sits close to the Esplanade where the River Sid meets the sea. Two steps lead to the front entrance and into an open-plan ground floor, where a bay-windowed lounge occupies one end and a dining area with a garden-facing window sits at the other. Comfortable sofas, a TV and an electric fire make for cosy evenings in. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher; a washing machine is also in the kitchen, and a spin-dryer is available in the ground-floor cloakroom.

Both first-floor bedrooms have a vanity unit and a feature fireplace. One has a double bed and sea views; the other contains twin beds. A winding staircase leads to the second floor, where a further double bedroom has a vanity unit and sea views through its dormer window. The bathroom with shower is on the first floor alongside a separate WC; a second WC is on the ground floor.

Outside, a shared terrace entrance gate opens to a small front garden with planting and a bench. A play park and grassy riverside recreation area are within 10 metres of the front. At the rear, an enclosed courtyard garden with outdoor furniture provides privacy for eating and drinking outside. Parking is in a public car park nearby, and a pub and shop are around 350 m away with the beach under half a mile.

A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are already at the property, making it practical for families with young children. Up to two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Bed linen and towels are available to hire, so bring your own beach towels. Check-in is from 16:00 and departure is by 10:00.
