Outside, the cottage has a fully enclosed garden with a lawn and patio, an outdoor table and chairs, a charcoal barbecue and a hose for washing off muddy boots. A car port to the front provides space for two vehicles. The owner has also left beach equipment including a windbreak, folding chairs, loungers and a cool-box, along with a clothes airer for outdoor drying. Up to two dogs are welcome, though they are asked to stay off the furniture and upstairs.
