This detached property stands in Parkham, with a village pub and butchers within walking distance and a farm shop around a five-minute drive away. An entrance hall with space for coats leads through to a lounge fitted with a wood burner and a Smart TV with basic Sky package, lit by patio doors opening onto the garden. Off the hall is a storage cupboard and a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The kitchen sits open-plan with the dining space and includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A further hallway off the kitchen, with its own small sofa and garden access, leads to all four bedrooms. The master has a super-king bed, en-suite shower room and walk-in wardrobe. A twin room can convert to super-king by request, and a second super-king room can be set up as a twin, both on a zip-and-link basis. A small double completes the sleeping arrangements, and a main bathroom with shower over bath and WC serves the remaining bedrooms. Guests should note there are internal steps within the property.

Outside, a large garden wraps around the property with level lawn and patio areas, garden furniture and a private hot tub, which may not be at full temperature on arrival day. A BBQ hut provides space for outdoor dining, and a converted garage houses a games room with a dart board and pool table. Parking is available on site.

The property sleeps up to 8 guests and welcomes up to 3 dogs, with additional charges possible. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger visitors, and the first basket of logs for the wood burner is included. Arrival is from 5pm and departure before 10am.
