Reached via external steps, the barn keeps its own separate garden area despite the shared plot, and steep steps lead up to the entrance, so this won't suit everyone.

Inside, an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner forms the main living space, with a wood burner (first basket of logs included) and a sofa facing a Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer section and dishwasher. The king-size bedroom leads directly off this space with country views, and a second small room offers storage for belongings along with a travel cot and highchair available on request. A contemporary shower room with WC completes the layout.

Outside, external stairs from the lounge lead down to an enclosed patio with garden furniture and a BBQ, ideal for eating outdoors. A ground-floor utility barn provides a washing machine and secure storage for bikes and surfboards, useful for beach days. Off-road parking is available for one car, though the approach is via B roads.

Two dogs are welcome here, with additional charges possible, and there is access to a shared one-acre paddock nearby for exercising them. Wi-Fi is provided but can be intermittent given the rural setting. A pub lies just over a mile away, and the beach is roughly three miles from the property.
