Woodtown sits near the town of Bideford, and the accommodation available here is represented by The Italian Stables, a converted stable building standing at the end of a private drive within the grounds of the owner’s home. Surrounded by farmland, the property has been finished with an Italian-inspired style, offering one king-size bedroom for two guests. The owner can also provide freshly made southern Italian meals by prior arrangement, at an extra charge.

Inside, an entrance hall with a mosaic-tiled floor leads to a dining area with a picture window looking onto the rear garden, and on to a fully fitted kitchen with a terracotta tiled floor. The lounge has a flagstone floor, a wood burner with a first basket of logs included, a Smart TV and underfloor heating throughout. A shower room with a walk-in shower and WC completes the layout. Outside, an enclosed walled garden includes a raised patio, lawn, garden furniture, a chiminea and a charcoal barbecue, with private parking for one car and one dog permitted.
