Tadworthy Tower

Tadworthy Tower is a tower-shaped house in Northam, built over three floors with a distinctive exterior that sets it apart from a typical terrace. It sleeps 4 across two bedrooms upstairs, a second-floor double and a twin, sharing a shower room with a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC.

The open-plan living space combines the kitchen, dining and sitting areas across one floor, giving the household room to cook, eat and relax without splitting up. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and kettle. Gas central heating covers the house, and a TV and WiFi are included, along with fuel, power, bed linen and towels in the rent.

The property takes short breaks and one-night stays outside peak weeks, though weekly bookings starting on a Friday are required during Easter, the May bank holiday and the summer school holidays, and stays must run to at least 5 nights over Christmas and 3 nights over New Year. Public parking is available nearby rather than a dedicated space at the house itself.

Two well-behaved pets are welcome, and the house is no smoking throughout. The shop and pub are around 0.3 miles away, and the beach is about 1.2 miles, making it a workable base for a short seaside stay without a car for every trip.
