Yeoldon House

This former hotel stands on the edge of Northam, a large property built to accommodate groups comfortably, with sleeping space for up to 20 guests across ten bedrooms. A grand staircase leads to the first and second floors, where each bedroom has its own television and en-suite facilities, several with river views and two with private balconies.

Downstairs, the main lounge has a wood burner and an adjoining bar area, while a separate dining room seats the party for meals and has its own sound system. The kitchen is fitted for large-scale catering with two range ovens, two dishwashers, two fridge-freezers and a breakfast bar, with a smaller nook nearby for casual breakfasts or board games. A utility room holds two washing machines and two tumble dryers, and three separate WCs are located on the ground floor.

Outside, a large garden runs down toward the river, with a fenced pond but no full enclosure, so supervision is needed for young children or dogs. A private hot tub and sauna are available, though both are powered down between stays and need time to reach temperature after arrival. Two charcoal barbecues are provided, along with a games room featuring a pool table and dartboard, and a children's playroom.

Practical extras include ample off-road parking, an on-site Type 2 EV charger, internet access, and a highchair and travel cot on request. Up to five dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Arrival is from 5pm and departure by 10am, and the owners ask that wedding enquiries be discussed directly before booking rather than treating the property as a standard self-catering stay.
