Nineteenth Hole

This reverse-level holiday home in Northam sleeps eight across four bedrooms and is arranged with the living space upstairs to take advantage of the light and the views. High ceilings and skylights open up the first-floor lounge, kitchen and dining area, while a telescope by the window makes the most of clear evenings.

On the ground floor, an entrance hallway leads to all four bedrooms. The super-king room has its own TV, patio doors and a private en-suite shower room, and a second double bedroom also comes with an en-suite shower and TV. A twin room and a bunk room share a family bathroom fitted with a bath and overhead shower. A separate games room on this level has table football, a Nintendo Switch and a Smart TV, giving children and teenagers their own space away from the main living area.

Upstairs, bi-fold doors from the lounge open onto a balcony with a rattan dining set and views across the golf course towards the sea. Downstairs, further bi-fold doors from the master bedroom and games room lead onto an enclosed patio and lawned garden, complete with a private hot tub, outdoor shower, gas barbecue and a smart parasol with built-in lighting and a Bluetooth speaker. Hot tub towels are provided, though guests are asked to bring their own for the beach.

The kitchen is equipped with two electric ovens, an induction hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, air fryer, Nespresso machine and slow cooker, and a travel cot and highchair are available for younger visitors. Private off-road parking is provided for two cars. Up to three dogs can be accommodated, with additional charges applying, and dog bowls are supplied. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am.
