Bay Side

Bay Side is a four-bedroom property in Northam, near Westward Ho! and Bideford, sleeping up to eight guests. On the ground floor there is a twin zip-and-link bedroom, which can be made up as a super-king on request at booking, along with an en-suite king-size bedroom. Upstairs, two further king-size bedrooms each have en-suite facilities and doors leading out onto a patio down to the garden. A family bathroom with WC completes the sleeping arrangements, and every bedroom has a Smart TV.

The open-plan lounge/diner has a wooden floor, a fire, and two sets of French doors: one to a raised decked balcony with river views and seating, the other to a rear patio and lawn. The kitchen/breakfast room has underfloor heating and is fitted with a Rangemaster electric oven, five-ring gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, American-style fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. A smaller table in the kitchen suits informal breakfasts, while the main dining table seats the whole group together.

Outside, the south-facing garden is fully enclosed with a large patio, garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue, suitable for both children and dogs. A separate games room in the garden holds a pool table and table tennis table, and a private hot tub is available for guests' use. Private parking is provided for up to six cars, and two travel cots and highchairs are included, with stairgates available on request.

Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Wi-fi is available at the property, and Sky TV with Netflix and Disney+ is provided in the lounge. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure by 10:00. Bideford town centre lies along a riverside path, and the beach at Westward Ho! is a short drive away.
