South Cuma is a large converted barn sleeping up to ten across four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area rises to 21-foot ceilings and is anchored by a wood burner, while a second wood burner and Smart TV sit in a separate snug at the far end of the barn. The kitchen is equipped with two electric ovens, an induction hob, integrated Smeg coffee machine and two wine fridges. A games room with a full-size snooker table adds an indoor option for older guests, and Starlink satellite Wi-Fi serves the whole property.

Outside, a patio with dining furniture and a charcoal barbecue overlooks unfenced grounds that include a pond and a rowing boat for guests to use at their own risk. The property has private parking for six to eight cars and sits at the end of half a mile of unmade track, so low-slung vehicles are not suitable. No dogs are permitted, cots and highchairs are available, and stag or hen parties are not accepted.
