The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, air fryer, coffee machine, dishwasher and a fridge with an ice compartment.

Outside, a patio with table and chairs adjoins a lawned garden, and an acre of orchard gives one dog space to run freely. Off-road parking for one car sits in front of the garden. The property is adults only and does not accept children or infants. It can also be booked alongside a neighbouring cottage, Hittisleigh Cottage, to accommodate a larger group, though the two properties have no interconnecting door.
