A stylish en suite bathroom offers a bath, separate shower cubicle and WC, while steps down from the hall lead into an open plan living space with exposed beams and a wood burner supplied with a first basket of logs.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine, and there is a Smart TV with a SONOS speaker in the lounge. Outside, a gravelled courtyard provides parking for two cars, one of which can use a shared 7kW EV charger by arrangement, and guests have use of an enclosed wildflower meadow for exercising a dog, plus a small communal patio with seating. One dog is welcome, with additional charges possible, and barbecues are not permitted owing to a neighbouring thatch property.
