Greenacres is a detached single-storey bungalow in Chittlehampton, near South Molton, sleeping up to six guests across three bedrooms: a king-size room with en-suite shower, a super-king room with a zip-and-link bed that can convert to a twin, and a twin room. Two bathrooms serve the property, the second featuring a freestanding bath and separate shower. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area forms the social hub, with bi-fold doors opening onto a raised patio. Kitchen fittings include an induction hob and oven, dishwasher, and a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine. Smart TVs in the lounge and all three bedrooms, an Xbox One, and a selection of books and games complete the indoor amenities.
